The office team, Kim and Tanya are both very sweet and helpful people, the maintenance team is quick and thorough, Juan is the best maintenance professional I have EVER had. Genuinely he makes my life better and less stressful so often, I can't sing his praises enough. The property is clean, feels safe, people are generally nice. I did have one bad experience when my washer dryer unit broke down, it was not replaced because it wasn't in the lease. I wished I had known that when I signed because it was a big selling point for me. There was really nothing the staff could do, but I can see how for someone else, they may have had that one negative experience and let it define the rest of their residence. Kim and Tanya, in the office, are friendly, kind, and helpful! I feel able to ask them questions if I'm confused about paperwork or processes without feeling judged or dismissed. Juan, is incredible! He is quick, understanding, mindful of my space, explains things clearly, and works SO HARD. I have never met a maintenance professional better than him. He has made living at Country Oaks the best renting experience I have ever had.

Country oaks was the first apartment we moved into straight out of college dorms. The Experience was wonderful and the staff communicated with ease and the maintenance was on point and reliable.
