Country Meadows Apartments

This is a nice complex. Kept clean and very secure. The staff was very helpful with Stefanie and Justin willing to help and work with personal needs. Lived there for over a year. Close to walmart and mall.

I've been here almost 3years. The past year+ has shown a remarkable decline while rents go up 4% a year. We have a terrific housekeeper, Becky, who takes pride in her work and is very helpful and wonderful person. Our manager is hardly ever here and either is our maintenance man. So don't be fooled by the promise of 24 hr maintenance (it used to be that way). Also, the rent amount listed doesn't include $45 mandatory cable per month. There is no hair salon as listed in advertising. The outside maintenance is horrible. Windows have never been washed nor has the building been power washed. Washers/dryers broken 75% of the time ($2 per load to wash and $2 to dry). Our library was closed for 3 months due to a ceiling leak which caused mold! Millenia Mgmt company often doesn't pay their bills.

Diane the manager was nothing but amazing while transitioning my father into his new apartment. Facility was always clean, and patrons were friendly and also helpful. Diane was also very supportive in helping me get my father moved out. My dad developed dementia and was no longer able to live alone. I had to end my dads contract a few months early. She completely understood our circumstances and helped with getting his contract taken care of. We never had to worry about anything. Diane took care of things so we didn’t have to worry. It means a lot. But not only was she nice the building was well kept and very homey.

My grandmother just moved in last week and she loves it there! She always complimenting how funny and nice the young lady in the office that showed her around. Also, she says the maintenance man isn’t bad looking and does a great job! She’s saying the cleaning lady as really exotic hair that is cool and she does a great job cleaning the building and is also a sweetheart. Overall, if i had to i would moved my mother in those apartments. Highly recommend!!!

Diane who is the manager at Country Meadows in Bay City, is a very competent, reliable, courteous, efficient, and meticulous individual. She was able to manage with expediency from the 1st phone call , right through to the day that a resident moved in. We were all very pleased with her professionalism and willingness to make this move a very pleasant and easy one. Everyone ( all 9 of us) who helped with this move agrees that she is exceptional in everyway. Her most knowledgeable staff were also eager and willing to assist when needed. The apartment was freshly cleaned and comfortable. Thank you again Diane. You are amazing!!!!!!!!
