ISSUE IN A NUTSHELL: My fiance and I gave a $14,000 escrow deposit on a $70,000 2.84 acre piece of land that was zoned A5 in Labelle FL from CHL Holdings aka Country Home sand Land. Upon speaking with the county before closing, this property needed to be 5 acres to be built on. Well aware of my needs (steel building barndo home, horses, chickens) Mark Scheutz agreed to rezone at THEIR cost. Upon further investigation on my end, this property was not applied to be rezoned to A2 (because that zoning is no longer available) and was done RG3 (not the zoning I needed). I asked for a refund of my escrow and was ignored and gaslighted for months until I retained an attorney. They now falsely claim (to BBB) that I asked to rezone the A5 property to Commercial, which is absolutely false. Hendry Cou
