Country Hollow Apartments

The maintenance team is always on point. I put a work order in the night before their half day before thanksgiving (it was past 11 when I got off work). Gentleman was there the next morning and was all done within a timely manner. Also all the maintenance crew are very comfortable to be around, respectful and hard working. In 2 years have only needed them about 3 times and each time they've come through ASAP.

BEWARE OF PORCH PIRATES!!! Recently A package left at my door was stolen from me. When I called the front office they told me there was nothing they could do, I had requested they put out a bulletin letting other residents know of a potential thief and to remind them that stealing from other residents is not allowed and grounds for eviction. No bulletin has been put out luckily I was able to call the company that sent the package to get it refunded or re sent but now I don’t know if I should receive any more packages with thieves around and management not doing anything about it. BEWARE OF THIEVES!!! Update: I’ve been stolen from yet again. This time someone broke into my apartment and stole some electronics from me.

Excellent! I had a bad smell coming from my A/C after plumbing issues next door. Maintenance came the same day I called, cleaned the A/C coils, & got rid of the smell.

2 guys showed up 1 guy was nice the other doesn’t talk just acts mad, second time he’s been out acts like he hates everything. Other than that it’s running and didn’t take them long heat is back up and running.

over the last year the late night noise issue has gotten really bad. move here if you want your sleep schedule to be dictated by your neighbors and their many subwoofers
