Country Hill Apartments

This has been an amazing place to live! I have lived here for 4-5 years, and have transferred apartments with no issues. Maintenance is very fast and easy to talk to. Jill has also been so great to me!! Neighbors are wonderful. The dog park is a huge bonus!! I’ve truly had no complaints or issues here. Definitely top tier compared other complexes in the area!

I’ve been living in my one bedroom going or four or five years. And I enjoy my home to the point I want to upsize the management has been great. Maintenance has been great any time I enter a request maintenance handles it. Within a timely manner management is always having some small. Events for tenants to come out to even if I don’t attend. The apartment areas are always clean management has been good. With communication via email or text if any changes that will occurs. My fur baby enjoys the doggie park area Country Hill Apartment is a clean organized environment. I would recommend others to move/live here five stars on my end.

Units and the property grounds are well kept. Maintenance is always very quick to respond to an issue. Jillian and her staff are wonderful and have made my experience here very enjoyable. Neighbors are quiet and I've had no bug problems. Truly the best value in all of Cedar Rapids.

An amazing place to rent. It's quiet for a complex. We've been here four years in February. The manager and maintenance are always ready to help and or solve problems. We love it here!

So far very go experience and easy move in process, a lot space for just one bedroom apartment I thought it would be smaller, definitely worth it live in and the area just amazing quiet and peaceful.
