Country Green Apartments

Office staff are almost always super pleasant to work with but their maintenance guys are honestly the worst. Absolutely lazy and do everything about as half assed as you could imagine. I lived in a 'renovated' unit and you could tell that the maintenance guys did the 'remodel' and not any actual professionals. Everything is cheaply done and poorly installed. Windows are thin and provide no insulation from the heat or the cold. There are no lights in any of the rooms except the bathroom and kitchen/dining area. The AC units installed in the living room do nothing to keep the entire apartment cool on a properly hot day. The bedrooms will always be hot unless you do something about that yourself. Boone and Lainey are the best. Mea is such an amazing person and is so kind and she is always willing to help out with any issues! Such a great office team!

The ladies in the office are ABSOLUTELY, AMAZING, and SWEET!! Very helpful and kind-hearted!! And the maintenance gentleman Stan and Dale was AWSOME and very respectful and fast at getting on the few things that needed fixing. And my daughter's ABSOLUTELY LOVED the pool and hot tub. The view of the sky and mountains from the pool was BEAUTIFUL!!

We had a unique situation today that was handled immediately! Stan came into our apartment and was unbelievably helpful and kind! It was a pleasure to meet him and we are glad to know we are in good hands at this apartment complex ❤️

I moved in Country Green Apartments in 2023. I didn’t know what I was going to be sure of what the apartment complex would bring me, but I must admit it’s a cute little area that’s affordable for low income. They have Accommodations, contests, newsletters, etc. I greatly appreciate the amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, and flexible payment options. The apartment I live in is very cozy and comfortable. I love that my window is facing a tree and my cats love to be in the window. Maintenance is always on top of things, and very sweet and understanding towards you. My favorite place in the entire complex is their small community library within a small clubhouse that always smells of coffee and feels good to be in.
