Country Estates Townhomes

I have enjoyed my stay at Country Estates. The front office ladies are so helpful and kind. They help with resources and make sure all maintenance is addressed and completed! My son and I love our townhome!

WARNING!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Everything brakes kitchen floods bathroom back up from neighbors and you are told to clean it up yourself as shown in one picture! or they don’t work and you are just told “just don’t use that bathroom” the basement has mold all over the walls and bad creepy crawlers!! And FLOODS!! office manager tells you just don’t use the basement because it’s not livable! We paid for a 2 bed 2 in half bath with a basement and was just told just don’t use the other bathroom with no fixes! We lived there 2 years and had 5 bats!!!!! And had to close the chimney off with a box in order for more not to come in! There was something DEAD in the walls and maintenance wouldnt come get it out! maintenance (Alax) is rude and not helpful at all, and doesn’t fix anything at all!! Th

I do not recommend this place, I'm very upset, I was looking for a bigger space for my family so I decided to move to this location, I made all the corresponding payments, deposit, rent insurance, etc but they never let me see the unit until the day I moved, I never imagined that the reason why they wouldn't let me see it is because they don't have the blinds on and the excuse they give me is that they already ordered them but they still haven't arrived, I've been waiting 2 weeks for the mailbox keys and they don't want to give them to me, I made a mistake of losing the key to the garage and I asked them for a copy and they didn't want to give it to me, so I told them to lend me theirs for a few minutes so I could get my own copy and they can't do that either, there are walls that paint is

I am very happy with the attention I have received, both in the office and from the maintenance staff; it is excellent service.

I have this place one star for the fact that as a paying resident for a year they decide to raise your rates but knowing jobs don’t pay you a raise every year I think this is unethical and ontop that you say anything about not living their after the end of the year they decide to not renew your lease on the spot. But for the most part quiet neighborhood but you pay for lawn service and cleanup around the outside but rarely ever happens pool usually is closed due to office issues with people not following pool guidelines. But the corporate office lady does what they can to help when needed. I too if all the stuff they charge for the move out fees also ima have to sue for the fact that they didn’t have handicapped access to anything like they claim to have and the lack of service that they o
