Country Club Village Apartments

The most unprofessional and disgusting experience. I went in here for a tour and now I see why they pay for positive reviews. I didn’t get a chance to ask questions or even hear about the property. The leasing agent walked me right into the unit, turn on the lights in disgust and couldn’t even make eye contact. The entire tour lasted 1 minute and the place rigs of the most awful smell. I wouldn’t move here even if it was free. This is the bottom of the barrel and I won’t recommend to anyone. Luxury without basic washer and dryer in a unit? Or basic cleaning of common area? This place is laughable and not even good enough for a homeless shelter.

Moving into my apartment has been a very enjoyable experience. I love the apartment's layout and when I moved in, it was clean and well taken care of. The area is quiet despite being close to a busy road and a golf course. The staff has been very kind and accommodating. I'm very glad that I chose to apply to live here.

They were nice on the outside I was accidently dropped off here. The staff was friendly and helped me where I needed to go.

My condo was privately owned and I rented from the owner. I still had to follow the rules for Pope Properties. They have way too many rules for the swimming pool. There are only two amenities for this property, a swimming pool and a tennis court. Parking is a joke. Beware there is a very steep hill to drive up. It does have a security gate which is only locked at sunset. We lived in our condo for 11 years. At first the swimming pool was open up early and my daughter was allowed to swim all day until evening. Then they changed it to 11:00 a.m. We relocated. We had no issues with rodents or bugs. The only issue is the property owner is egotistical.

Very nice! The staff are friendly and helpful and come promptly when called.
