Country Club Point

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude for no absolute reason. I never rented from the company but I was looking forward to until I spoke with one of the renters. I simply called and asked about a property and she was OVERLY rude. Mind you, this my first time speaking with this lady. Also, she didn’t provide no details about the property, I HAD TO ask all of them questions. I don’t know what the attitude was for but I certainly would not be moving forward. Have a blessed day.

Do not give these people your money. The maintenance is terrible, the apartment I am in is roach infested I have been seeing roaches since day one , the first time I complained the building Manager gave me an empty can of RAID. This place is a total rip off. Currently trying to figure out how to get out of here.

Response of service call is late. Cheaper than other apartments. Not claen.. Good parking area!

Doesn't come in a timely manner to fix issues. Have to report several times before they show up. They send unlicensed staff several times before realizing they can't fix the issue.
