Country Club Place Apartments

From the moment I walked in the leasing office, everyone was more than welcoming. I was greeted instantly and acknowledged by everyone. Senaida was very polite and knowledgeable when giving the tour and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel rushed. This speaks volumes when looking for a place to call home.

I’ve lived at this property for 13 years, and unfortunately the quality and responsiveness have steadily declined. As of this week, residents have been without hot water since Wednesday, with no updates or communication from management. Hot water is a basic necessity, and the lack of urgency or transparency is unacceptable. What is especially frustrating is the clear imbalance in urgency — rent is expected promptly and without delay, yet when it comes to maintenance issues and resident communication, there is a noticeable lack of urgency and follow-through. This is not an isolated issue. There are frequent water shut-offs and power outages, along with long-standing maintenance problems that remain unresolved. ***EDITED 1/15/26: STILL NO HOT WATER IN MY BUILDING. IT’S BEEN 6 DAYS!! 1/11/26 AND ONCE AGAIN MY BUILDING HAS NO HOT WATER SINCE 11/10/26 !! THE LEASING OFFICE STATES A PART HAS TO BE ORDERED AND CONTRACTED OUT.. EXACT BS THAT HAPPENED 4 WEEKS AGO!! 12/13/25 DO NOT MOVE TO THIS HELL HOLE OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! **** DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE WHAT THEY TELL YOU!! THEY HAVE MAJOR PLUMBING ISSUES! I have been living here since July 2020 I like the area, everything is nearby and there’s a good elementary school within walking distance. Apartments are spacious and are fair in price. However, there are mice, the neighbors don’t clean up after themselves, they throw trash everywhere, outside of the trash there’s a lot of garbage. They smoke and drink and leave all the cans and bottles on the stairs. Some neighbors have loud music and parties right under my window every weekend. The property has said there will be consequences, yet I don’t see anything has changed. Now that my lease is almost up, they are raising rent by $200 which I think is too much, especially since we have been good renters and always paid on time, there should be some sort of motivation on the properties’ part to ke
