Country Club Park Apartments

I recently visited Country Club Park Apartments, and I was genuinely impressed! The property is clean, well-kept, and has a calm, welcoming vibe the moment you arrive. The landscaping is beautiful, and everything from the parking areas to the walkways looks thoughtfully maintained. The staff and residents I met were friendly and made me feel right at home, even as a guest. You can tell this is a community where people take pride in where they live. The area feels very safe, peaceful, and conveniently located near plenty of shops and restaurants. Overall, Country Club Park Apartments gave me a great impression — it’s clearly a place where management cares and residents enjoy being part of the community. I had an excellent experience at the Country club Park Apartments I walked in I was greeted. Leasing manager took me to go show me a two bedroom model apartment. she took me on the tour I like the apartment and she was very informative and explaining the process to me. which I am glad to say today, I’ll be picking up my keys to my new two bedroom apartment.

From the moment I moved in, the staff has been nothing short of amazing — friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are happy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the team truly cares about keeping everything in top shape. The apartments themselves are beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The grounds are always clean and well-kept, and it’s clear that the management takes pride in the property. I also love how quiet and peaceful it is — it really feels like home.

I recently moved to Country Club Park apts. First thing, DeLand is a great place to live. Small town feel with all of the conveniences of a big city. The apartment community feels more like driving through a state park. Trees everywhere including giant oaks and palm trees. Its quiet and beautiful. My experience with the office staff was great. Tanya and her assistant Lilly were delightful and very helpful. I have lived in apartments for a couple of decades and this is by far my favorite apartment community.
