Country Club Lakes

Amanda from the leasing office was very kind and helpful. She was patient, professional, and always willing to assist me with my questions. It’s great to have someone so attentive and friendly at the front office. I truly appreciate her support!

I’ve been living at the country club of Coconut Creek Apartments since August 2023. I had initially decided to leave but due to unavoidable situation I extended my stay for three months which cost me more I ultimately decided to stay because of the new management .thay are efficient, well mannered, and they listen to the residence and respond To complainsts Immediately,and the complex is Cleaner I’m happy to live here and have just extended my lease for another year. I have seen a lot of improvements in the area and the credit goes to the new manager ISLANDA she’s always available during the business hours and takes care of our problem I would like to mention about Patricia and Sal. They are wonderful and efficient.

We've only lived here for a few months, but it is already felt like the warmest welcome we've ever had in a new community. Since we've moved in the management here have put together several events for holidays, Halloween, Christmas etc. The level of effort they put in to those events as completely blown me away. It really shows how much they value the residents and care about creating a family environment. I have so much respect for this community.

Patricia was honestly amazing to work with. She made the whole leasing process so easy and stress free. Any time I had a question, she responded quickly and explained everything clearly. You can tell she really cares about helping people find the right place, not just getting the job done. She was friendly, professional, and super patient the entire time. I’m so glad I got to work with her. I’d definitely recommend Patricia to anyone looking for a place to rent!!
