Coulee Ridge Apartments and Twin Homes

We moved to North Dakota in November 2019 and we had an easy, non stressful experience getting into the apartments. The apartments are very updated and I love its pet friendly. It is a blessing to have a climate controlled garage in the winter and Summer and they keep karts in the garage to easily bring groceries up to your appartment. And it very convenient the facility has the parking lots cleared after its snows. Love coming to the club house.

We lived in the twin homes and loved the experience! Our old place had disappointing management, so it was refreshing living somewhere where the tenants are respected and cared for. Any maintenance request was handled within the next couple days and per your schedule, along with snow removal and lawn care consistently taken care of in a timely manner. Our landlord was wonderful. I’d recommend them to anybody.

I applied for a rental at this location. I have outstanding credit and offered to pay the entire year's lease upfront. My bride and I were denied after an "extensive" search after being assured we would have an answer in 72 hours. We were notified via text that we were denied for "unknown reasons" 2 weeks later with no reason given. If you are a black person, they will not be willing to rent to you no matter how much you make or your credit score so save your time.

Everyone is getting their packages stolen and the apartment literally tells you “it’s not our problem, happy holidays :) ”.

Parking sucks and management sucks. They tell you to move your vehicle but they literally have 3 pads to park then those pads have cars this sit there for months not moving which then limits the amount of spots. Oh and the best part is they jack up the rent every time your lease expires. There are other management companies that take care of their tenants they do not.
