Cottonwood Town Homes are okay to live in I guess, it's better than being homeless. But they could be better. The street that you have to drive down to get to a certain apartment is just shameful. There are pot holes that could swallow my truck. Maybe if they would get filled in they would get better ratings from me.....
They’re very affordable for the amount of space you get and are in a quiet part of town. I had no problems with the place
