Love this place! My Mom moved here from her home of 53 years and ADORES IT! We are so thankful she can still live independently but have resources for help, amazing amenities and fun activities to do with her neighbors! And it is SAFE !!!
The new Owners/ Landlords have let these apartments go to Blank! They let tenants bang and stomp above you; let kids stomp and somersault in the hallways and floors above you! They Never Clean the trash room, nor the hallway carpet. Tenants holler and slam doors! Wanted to Move out of this horrific situation 2 years ago- Too bad for me that I cannot do so Now!! I
Do your due diligence!!! My mom is waiting on her deposit. We have paperwork stating she is cleared for the return. She keeps getting excuses as to why she doesn't have it. I will gladly edit this review once we get a legitimate answer and resolution.
Great place to live if you're a Senior adult.
