Cottonwood Ridgeview

We’ve been living at Cottonwood Ridgeview Apartments for more than three years now, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The maintenance team does an excellent job—service requests are addressed promptly and resolved efficiently, which gives great peace of mind. The front office staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. They consistently go out of their way to address any questions or concerns, making communication smooth and pleasant. One of the biggest advantages for families is the convenience and safety for children. School van pickup and drop-off points for middle and high schools are right near the gate, which is very convenient. For elementary school kids, Anderson Elementary is one of the top schools in the area and is close enough for children to walk independently.

I want to give a big thank you to Wilson for the excellent maintenance service. He was professional, respectful, and clearly experienced. Wilson responded quickly to the request, explained what the issue was in simple terms, and fixed everything efficiently. He also made sure the area was clean before leaving, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about residents. Having maintenance staff like Wilson makes living here a much better experience.

I’ve had a really positive experience living here, and the Assistant Manager, is always friendly, easy to talk to, and super helpful whenever something comes up. Anytime I’ve reached out with a question or concern, she’s been quick to respond and makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the community. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and always on top of things, which makes a big difference when it comes to apartment living. It’s nice knowing there’s someone in the office you can actually rely on. It’s a great community and even better management. I’d definitely recommend living here!

Loved management! The assistant manager made me feel very welcomed and valued. She was extremely informative, providing clear guidance and excellent customer service throughout my visit. You can tell they truly care about their guests and creating a great experience.

Nice place to live in. Schools, shopping centers, parks, library, hospitals are all near by. Good maintenance and office staffs. If you are looking for a new home then this is the right place.
