I loved living at Cottonwood Hollow! My daughter and I lived here for 2 years. I would still live here if I didn't have to move closer to family. Very clean community, and Sherry was the best to deal with. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place!

Love the hour we are in. Can't remember the model name but it is a 4 bed 2 and a half bath. The house is open and comfortable. Backyard is spacious and open as well. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. People are respectful of eachothers homes and well being. When it snows, the roads are usually cleared within a day or two. Sidewalks are cleared pretty quickly as well. Any issues your house has can and will be addressed by the cottonwood hollow staff and maintenance crew. Crews are always friendly and polite. Have had no issues with them over the 2 years I've been here.

We have really loved living here so far. The houses are beautiful and spacious , the attached garage and the security system have been awesome, the neighbors are all very friendly, it’s nice and quiet the management and maintenance have been here for us whenever we need them. The only downsides are that you don’t have the option to buy if you would like since the houses are owned by a housing community rather than a private owner. We will be bummed to move out once we are in a position to buy a home and that a lot of the backyards are super small.

Living in the Cottonwood hollow home has been such a great experience. Leasing agent went above and beyond with our out of state move and making sure we were welcomed into our home. Great community events and gatherings. A great place to call home!
