Cottonwood Creek Apartments

Their management is really hard to deal with. We had sewage back up in our hallway, there was water there for months before they got someone in to fix it. There's trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere, and no one cleans or picks up their cigarettes. Anytime you put a maintenance request in , it literally takes someone months before the get it done the right way. Do not rent here! They will charge you a $45 cleaning hallway fee and then never clean. IV picked up used needles and multiple dog poops out of these hallways.

This is my 1 star review. So we recently looked into moving our little family here. The photos looks nice and the price looked nice as well. However when we went there. It was not what we had hoped. Looking at the ground there was dog poop everywhere, the grass is dead so it is just mud now. Also so much trash from broken bottle glasses to bags of fast food that was just in front of the apartments and buildings. We called the leasing office to ask where they are there is no leasing office so we had to wait for the agent to show up not her fault and she did a good job was friendly. The one thing that bugged me was that we were told that rent was 955 plus fees so I was added it up however the base rent for the apartment we were looking at was 1015 that was not stated over the phone so they

I love my home here. I walk out on my patio and see big beautiful trees and the cottonwood creek is about 10 ft away with cute little ducks. I feel very safe and secluded. The maintenance personnel are super nice and they know what there doing. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of all the added fees. (Which is everywhere now) So thank you I'm happy here.

I lived there for 4 years. I went through 3 difference comanies, progressively getting worse. Next Wave is pure evil. They would NOT fix my toilet and it took 4 emails, 3 calls, and 4 days screaming at them to get them to fix it. Not acceptable. I love the location and the apartment layout. But it was literally falling apart when I left and there was a flooding toilet that leaked all 3 stories down. There is also a few druggies there.Hence the mold reviews. Don't live here. Better to be homeless.

In summer of 2022 the management of this apartment complex changed. It is now managed by Rize Property Management, which is the worst management I have ever experienced by far. The apartments are not terrible and the tenants are friendly, but the management is awful now. I'm partially writing this review so they even talk to me; they refuse to speak to tenants and they are deeply disrespectful of people who live here. Stay away from any of the properties they manage.
