Now that I've interacted with Bradley and Trevor, I have no doubts that this will be a long term relationship. All 3 of them communicate very well and have lots of experience + guidance when it's time to get something repaired. Current tenant here in the process of moving out because we are buying a home. We gave 60 days notice and paid the early termination fee of $750 to Cotton. Subsequently was told by the property owner that he is dropping Cotton and they will not be responsible for the next lease. Since then have been trying to negotiate a credit of most of that $750 to our last rent payment, but so far Cotton refuses.
