Cottages on Elm

Amazing staff! Cute layouts to the homes. I love the fact that the property manager is hands on, she came out to greet us, held a conversation about various things, made us feel very confident about leasing. The atmosphere was definitely lovely. The small cottage feel the clean grounds all drew my attention 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend! Thanks Laura. You guys were awesome 👌🏿

My children and I went to tour the homes in cottages on elm and by far this was the most pleasant tour during our hunt. The community was so clean and looks to be taken care of all around by staff and the tenants. It felt so safe. The office staff was phenomenal, I haven’t met such warm and inviting people since I’ve moved to North Carolina .. all in all the environment and experience was just a pleasure.

I have lived here for over three years now and for the most part I had no issues however as of the last few months it’s been a headache. For context, I have had a little issues. For example, I’ve lived here for three years and I still have no numbers on my door as well as it taking over three weeks for me to receive my mail key. It took, the fifth time me asking for a peephole in my door after three years of asking and being told they would send someone out. The office lady, Christina, I felt was quite disrespectful might I add, told me she simply would not put in another work order(today was the fifth time of me requesting) It wasn’t until I was crying in my car about my safety because of the recent peeping toms and arrest in this neighborhood , including it’s been done to my neighbor and

Called in on about my ac not working and the maintenance crew resolved the issue by the next day, Natalie followed up right after which is very good at what she does. The assistant director is very sweet and helped me with renewing in office. Thank you all for caring for your tenant

The apartments looks really nice and the community feels quiet and well-kept. Big shout-out to one of the staff, Javi. Throughout our call, she answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth. Very kind and professional, definitely made a great impression!!
