Cottages at Wingate by Dream Finders Homes

I am working towards purchasing a new home. I’ve been working with Jessie Benckert and it has been such a smooth and easy process. Jessie is knowledgeable and has taught me so much through this complex process. I highly recommend Dream Finders Homes and more importantly I recommend Jessie as the agent you should work with.

HORRIBLE Service and POOR management. Response time is ..... NO RESPONSE!!! The Heater in our "BRAND NEW" House went out last year, 3 months in, in a BRAND NEW HOUSE....We contacted the builder to get it repaired under warranty. Never had anything replaced or repaired. Going back to Management, all they said was that the builder is no longer with the company and things were not documented as they should have and there is no record of our heater going out last year. Management gave me a phone to their warranty manager, left a vm and called over three times!!! NO CALL BACKS! filled out their DREAM FINDERS warranty Request online, no responses either. So Far DREAM FINDERS is not standing up to their name!!!

Incompetence at its best. Faulty appliances with no accountability. Bathroom fixtures that don’t match. The salesman at the model takes no ownership on helping homeowners. He just wants to sell sub par property.

Spencer was great. He took the time to ask me about my needs and answered all my questions. I really liked what I saw in the model homes.

Sickening what they did to the woods, destroyed my small home town of wingate. If you go along rays fork on the backside of the old cuddy plant you will find a beatiful natural rock formation that should be historic and preserved, as well as a close by flat rock where many generations of people have left their name dating back to the early 1900s. Thankfully to my knowledge this has not yet been bulldozed. Let's hope it remains that way, safe from these profit hungry demons., however the natural scenic beauty of this place has already been deeply scarred.
