Cottages at Twin Oaks Apartments

This place doesn’t answer the phone and there is no one there during business hours. How am I even supposed to put in an application? The residents seem annoyed as well with it.

Nice property here and they one they are connected to in coats. Manager and maintenance also seem intelligent and kind. Very well kept property. Unfortunately I do not qualify but would love to live here.

These are beautiful apartment... The management is very sweet n very respectful to the clients.. She's just absolutely remarkable in helping with all you concerns n questions. All apartment complex need more ppl like her.💖🤗

Dont put in application at this place. They will promise you things and it's all lie. I believe they pick and choose their tenants based on their liking. I also believe there are some kind of kick backs for either number of applications submitted or based on amount tenant makes when renting apartment. Their management company is Pendergraph and if you Google them, you will see they are horrendous.

Horrible! Told us we were approved for an apartment, and that we would be able to sign a lease soon, and then told us that we made too much money and couldn't move forward with the leasing process. I highly suggest that you NEVER apply here.
