Moving in has been such a blessing, and Laura made the entire experience even better. She has been so attentive, supportive, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. She always greets you with a smile and is quick to help with anything you need. We love the new growing community and are so grateful for her 🫶🏼 she truly cares!

Please do not lease from this place! I was one of the first people to apply when they were still under construction. Laura was the first person to give me a tour and at the time of touring it seemed like I was inconveniencing her. She didn’t want to show me other models that I had witnessed her showing people prior to my appt. Which was odd. It seemed as if she was in a rush to get me off of the property. I put in an application and had to follow up for two weeks. What leasing process takes two weeks to find out if you’re approved? After following up with them every other day they tell me “you’re denied” credit score at 701, never had an evictions, no criminal background, I make 240,000 a year. So what’s this issue ? My fiancé Justin and I had the absolute best experience working with Laura during our application and move-in process. She went above and beyond to help us every step of the way — answering all of our (many!) questions with patience, kindness, and professionalism. As a dad, watching my daughter go through her first move was both exciting and a little nerve-wracking — but Laura made the entire process so much easier. We walked in to get more information on the property and though we were very interested and ready to lease a unit, Ms. Laura Villarreal was not accommodating and our arrival seemed to be inconvenient for her. When I asked to see a different size apartment, she mentioned that "I only squeezed you in" and proceeded to walk us back to the leasing office. Despite the community being new, the inadequate level of service and lack of attention speaks volumes! If this is the level of service used to entice customers, I can only imagine the lackluster service upon securing a contract. Take your business elsewhere!
