Office and maintenance have been amazing - Brittany gets it done! Maintenance is quick to respond (normally the same day) and more importantly, things get fixed correctly the first time. Recommend living here 100%

I wish I could give this 10 stars because all the staff here go above and beyond for their residents. Brittany and Sharde are always so friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too big of an issue for them. The maintenance team are awesome and super quick to get things fixed. Cottage trails is also super pet friendly, even greeting my dog with a treat when we go collect our mail.

Beautiful community settled in Deep Creek. Great peace with plenty of non-invasive nature for your reading sessions while sitting on your screen enclosed terrace. Excellent maintenance staff, quick to resolve issues. Highly recommended.

I don't even know where to begin. My experience was flawless from beginning until now. Sharde met me at the door with a smile and interest to want to serve. She was very friendly and informative about the property and what my experience until move-in as well as once I got settled would look like. She was prepared and managed time well with the appointment times and dates. You have made an awesome decision choosing her as a part of your team and community. This is not a paid review lol, My experience was just that great. Now to see the community living.... I'll be back!

Went on a large apartment hunt recently, ultimately decided on another that was closer in proximity to my work place. I did want to leave a 5 star review for Sharde however. Out of all the people I have met during this process Sharde was by far the best. She was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. If you stop by be sure to speak to her, she will brighten up your day.
