Oh my gosh. I LOVED this place. It was perfect for my family. A safe small yard for my kids to play in, the garage to store all of their little wonders. Free coffee in the morning, and a charming layout. I was so happy with our choice to move here. We tried a traditional apartment complex in a nearby community and knew immediately it wasn’t going to work. Having our own space was the best possible temporary situation for us and Cottage Street delivered. Maintenance was quick, kind, and professional. About snakes and wildlife: if you are in Florida near any woods or water source, please know you will be amongst Florida’s wildlife. ALWAYS be on the lookout for snakes, predatory birds, bobcat, coyote, and gators in lakes. That is not the fault of the community. You are in Florida.

A fantastic experience moving into Cottage Street for myself and family. The leasing manger Justice is wonderful to work with, and the process is very smooth with all paperwork being completed online. The community is very inviting and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for more of house feel. Great place to live!

We have been home for 4 days; and honestly there is nowhere else in Jacksonville I’d want to rent at. The team at Cottage Street has made the transition into this community as good as possible; and always with the best attitude. The whole team is a pleasure to work with. Although the community is still being worked on, all the shared spaces are ready for use. Great clubhouse, fantastic gym, and a nice community park next to some grills and an outside terrace. All of it connected by a lovely pool. Oh and the units themselves are great! We were lucky enough to snag one of the townhomes with a small yard looking out to some nature. Like I said, nowhere else in Jacksonville I’d rather be at. Great job guys.

I've had such a great experience living at this apartment complex! The leasing office team truly cares about the residents and always goes the extra mile to make us feel at home. They host cute and thoughtful events like food trucks and monthly gatherings in the office, which really create a sense of community. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing or taking walks. The maintenance team is also amazing—every time I've submitted a work order, it's been handled quickly and professionally. I'm really happy to call this place home!

I absolutely love living here! Allie and Theresa are amazing ladies who truly go above and beyond when it comes to answering questions, helping, and making me feel welcome in the community. I love having my own backyard, but also being able to walk around the area and say hi to neighbors. My only complaint is there isn’t much storage space inside the unit and people love to speed around the corners. By far the best office staff I have ever encountered while renting! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live within 20 minutes of everything needed. Our dogs love it too!
