This place doesn't even deserve a star it should be negative. When I first moved there front door is off and falling apart still hasn't been fix . They put down cheap tile that I have to keep gluing down . Mind you when I moved in not one roach was in site after two days they were coming from cracks and sockets . The pest control didn't know I had cameras . He walk in go in the kitchen open one cabinet and go up up stairs halfway not knowing its a camera right there . He never went up stairs . I got rid of the roaches myself. Had to purchase my own ac . Now that its went time cold air coming from the doors and windows . Well they just fix the windows . I moved from out of state back in May and it's a big no for me. I'm in a "renovated" unit. Which is hilarious because I've lived in newly renovated prior to coming here. You can't even get mad at the women in the rent office or maintenance men (maintenance is really a huge disappointment) because at this point everybody in America is just trying to keep a job these days. The owners just do not care to invest in this property which is sad. I moved here trying to save money in rent instead of paying 1600 or better like before. Quite literally impossible to contact at all times. They never answer the phones, never answer emails and the office is even closed at the randomest times when they should be open. Office staff is incredibly rude when you have an issue. You’ll be promised washer and dryer hookups just for there to be no electrical outlet to actually plug in anything and when you ask them about it they’ll claim there is actually no washer and dryer hookups even though I’m staring at them with my eyes and there’s a giant hole in the floor of the closet where bugs and animals like to crawl in that is apparently not where the dryer is supposed to go. The onsite laundry rooms have been broken for almost a year. Not to mention when you put in a maintenance request they’ll just show up randomly without letting yo

I am glad to be gone! Roaches!!!! I lived here for a year and for a year I fought to keep the roaches at bay, I literally sprayed my apartment every night (which is not healthy for my baby or dog) but I can’t live with bugs! The maintenance orders took forever to be worked. No washer dryer in units and not sure if the washroom on property ever worked. No microwave no dishwasher and a mini stove. I agree that it was a roof over our head and the office staff was friendly.

Legitimately the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I lived here from late 2023 to late 2024. From day one you’ll notice roaches, cracks everywhere, leaks, no ac, unnecessary fees, bad staffing, etc. I killed at least 5 roaches a day for a year. That’s nearly 2,000 roaches. Even with traps and cleanliness the problem is incurable. The apartments are so old ,there are cracks in the ceilings, floor, and walls. Did I mention the mold ?Or how about the 3 murders that took place here in 2024 ? The paint job is terrible. They’ll paint over electrical sockets, cable sockets, tile, and plumbing fixtures. I had a bubble form in the ceiling above my stove. It burst open and left a gaping hole for months because staff refused to actually fix it. I went the entire time without a legit AC unit and when the
