I've been with Costello Realty for over 10 years, and a big reason I’ve been so happy with their service is the people. Teresa has been my go-to person for pretty much everything. She’s incredibly patient with me. I sometimes send way too many emails about accounting issues or the occasional maintenance concern, but she always gets back to me quickly. Even when they were clearly swamped after Covid, she still made time to handle my concerns. I honestly don't know what I’d do without her support!

Costello Realty &Management has been managing the property we lease for several years now. The previous property mangers were not very responsive to us. Since Costello took over we have been very pleased with their responsiveness to maintenance requests. This week we reached out to them about the outdated refrigerator and stove. The manager in charge of our property, John Chamsi, reached out to the owner on our behalf. He was able to convince the owner to put new appliances in the kitchen. Working with Costello Realty and Management to manage our properties for well over 5 years has been a great experience. Their team really does a great with finding great tenants, retaining them and quickly fixing any issues that come up with the rental properties. I have found this to be a very good management company. I own two homes and they manage both. I am especially happy to speak highly of Teresa Nicols who handles the rent disbursements, tax statements, etc. Any time I have a question she responds promptly and pleasantly.
