Will never use this company again! I canceled 12/25 and instead of CANCELING they renewed my subscription and put in a request to cancel- SIGNED ME UP FOR AN ADDITIONAL 3 months - and I have no listings with them 🙃 basically it’s not their problem

I'm almost hesitant to give even 2 stars. I had a pretty bad experience with this company. There are three other people in my office, and for some reason (because CoStar is all over the place) we were all put on the same account, with all of our payments being put on one invoice. This turned into a huge mess because we all became responsible for each other's payments. When issues came up, CoStar basically responded as if it wasn't their problem. Although they are kind, I did not feel like they cared about the satisfaction of their customers. They just wanted to collect the money. The product itself is valuable, but because of the customer service issue I would not utilize the product again.

Great resource. Ask for Kevin Massey as your sales person he is the best. The See TIM Sell Team has been blessed to work with him. Great reports, great information if you spend the time to learn it.

They gave misleading information about the terms of the contract, have a really disorganized way of doing business in that it's always someone different calling or emailing you so nothing ever gets done and none of our leads have worked out at all in the last almost 5 months. Save your money!
