The office staff is exceptional. They address everything immediately. You'll always feel welcome and supported. I love my new home. It's beautiful.

Krystal has been very patient with me throughout the whole process. And I couldn’t thank her enough for everything she has done. She has gone above and beyond to assist me and i appreciate her for that! Thank you again!!

👎🏾 took WEEKS to get apartment ready for move in. Just to take all my $$ and move me into a roach infested apartment knowing I was about to give birth to a new baby and already had a 3 yr old with asthma only thing they could do was “pest control” which obviously no matter how often I had them come the roaches never left just got worse. No help not livable.

Real nice apartments and quiet complex. Malena in the front was very helpful and patient with our move in process! Office staff friendly, respectful and very understanding. Property kept clean and safe for our children.

Management at Costa Tarragona, are very understanding, really went out of their way to help me with extra Help, in regards to the apartment due to my Brother being handicap. And they accommodated All necessary. updates that had to be done to the apartment for my brothers necessities. I am very grateful for their understanding and everything they’ve done.
