Costa Ibiza

I have to say back when I first moved here in may it was horrible I thought I would be moving out and breaking my lease . Everything was so chaotic and unprofessional. The I had the pleasure of meeting Nyashe one day on the property along side of Veronica . Then out of nowhere Nyashe was the property manager , I remember when she did the Back to School drive in the office she was welcoming a pleasant . We use to have a really bad squatter and homeless people problem not anymore she got right on that ! She has this open door policy too ! You can always come talk to her she makes time ! She has progressed this property really well and she is weaning out the bad and bringing in some good . She brought a wonderful plus 2 aboard her name is Kiara and boy I she sweet always smiling always extend

I was told this was good spot and when I moved here I was disappointed we never had inspections we never had no one to stand up for us or to some of the rude residents in such a adult to adult way we never had proper security the new lady in the office ms nsyhae and ms Kierra has been amazing they give us tough yet caring love and makes us feel secure now we residents held a night meeting to all move out of costa together but when these ladies stepped in they made us change our mind due to the big change with me being a member of what I am and being around a few high authority figures costa has had a bad name for years now to where law enforcement don’t wanna come here and now they even see a change thanks for making costa great again

Good Evening I’m posting this review was thinking about coming back to the Costa Ibiza. When entering into the leading office to find one of your Corporate Leadership, speaking to your property management in the tone of such disrespect until it was unexceptional and down right rude. And then turn with all respect unto the assistant with the most up respect that you should’ve been shown to the property manager as well as hard as she’s work to make this place, a place that residents want to live here. Nyashe the other day putting decorations out. Kiara was painting pumpkins on the windows and they’re the cutest . Since Ms.nyashe been here there has been so much change for the better! She always patient and ready to help with any issues residents are having! Maintenance are always on time as well!

If I can give zero stars I would. Been here 3 yrs and my billing been messed up all the way til now. Some of the staff is highly rude. Roaches, mold, and dust everywhere. Pool never open but maybe 3x and thats not consistent. No security at all even though its in the lease agreement but told due to residency being under funds aren't available.
