Coryell Crossing Apartments

The pool gate is still accessible via resident key cards despite being described as “locked.” Manual checks are misleading because the gate opens when a key card is used. This is a serious safety concern during winter conditions when the pool contains icy water. Children have accessed the pool area. Security has responded and documented visits, but inspections did not account for key-card access, allowing the issue to continue. This is a foreseeable and preventable risk that should be addressed to ensure the area is fully secured under all entry methods.

Lived here for 2 years and it was honestly a great apartment for the price. Walls are thin and neighbors are sometimes loud, but that’s pretty standard for an apartment. Rarely interacted with management, but when I did they were nice and responsive. Maintenance was okay, not the best but responsive to requests. It is very conveniently located, and I never felt unsafe living here. We hardly dealt with any bugs, though we didn’t live on the first floor so that might help. One thing I highly recommend is to check where your AC filter sits, and clean the crevice that water collects in. When we first moved-in ours was filled with mold and it was making me sick until we figured out what it was and cleaned the mold. But other than that it was very clean when we moved in, it even had new carpets

Coryell Crossing Apartments has been a great fit for me since moving to Springfield this past summer. Of all the apartment complexes I've lived in, it is by far the most neighborly. From fellow residents to apartment staff, everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming. They even host regular events for members of the apartment community to gather, enjoy treats or activities, and get to know one another better. My experience has been great overall and I would highly recommend living here!

When I moved into Coryell it was a decently simple process for me and my roommate. The staff provided us with all the information we needed to move-in seamlessly. I felt the rates were fair for what is offered and the amenities provided. The staff is easily available and contactable. Each time I have a question or concern I can contact the office through email or in person. The staff is helpful and always tries to help me as much as they can in the moment. The location is great for being close to everything in town but also for leaving out of town. The complex is nice-looking and modern inside and out. Pet-friendly for sure. I don’t have any animals myself, but my neighbors are always out walking their animals. There’s a big open area in the middle of the complex for outdoor activities.
