I was able to get through to someone when I called the first time and she was able to answer all the questions I had about the base, moving to the area, and even went through the housing application process for our family! Corvias in the military just hasn't been a good experience. At any base we've been where they were the privatized housing program.
Took multiple calls over two days to finally reach someone and they were fairly rude.
