I have loved my stay at this property, the same staff has been here since I moved in 2 years ago. (Ms. Stephanie and Mr Grant) Management has done extremely well to keep this these apartments feel more like a home and not just units for leasing. I recommend to anyone to move in.

My family and I moved in here a year ago, and all I can say is that everything we’ve experienced has been amazing. From Grant meeting us when we first walked in the door to inquire to how we’ve been treated every step of the way has been an outstanding experience. They are also renovating all the apartments with flooring and brand new appliances which gives you great commodity and comfort giving the experience of living in luxury. They’re also painting all the outside they’re re-roofing and making sure that everything stands out and looks great. I’ve really great experience with the few times we’ve had to ask about something or had one small issue. They’ve immediately taken care of it. I moved here almost two months ago, and the experience has been truly amazing. I love this community. Brianna, Wanda, and Mr. Grant are excellent agents. They helped us throughout the entire process and were attentive to every question and concern we had. I highly recommend them!

Apartments are not taken care of. Mold, roaches and water damage. No to mention two snakes entered my apartment, water heater upstairs was leaking like a running faucet and it took them days to a week to fix. We also had an issue with a clogged drain that filled with water with every rain that occurred. They used our mop bucket to collect leaking water. Horrible place and unsanitary.

I been a tenant going on 6 years. From a single apartment to a 2 bedroom so my family's can come for vacation. I like to thanks the office and Sarah for helping me get into my 3rd apartment she's a great person thank you. And let thanks my Son for helping me move every. Nice views and great apartment. The maintenance worker's always keeping the place nice. This is home. Thank you. BUT! I have an issue with the stove since I moved in, they came change the what you McCall it still I deal with the problem recently they changed the stove which is worse then what I have, the oven was dirty and 1 pilot don't work and the other overheat Fast .it don't look safe to me .
