Cortland South Meridian

My husband and I LOVE Cortland, we have been tenants here for over a year now and we have been extremely impressed with the community and its management. Our concerns (which have been very few) have always been addressed quickly and professionally. The management team, especially Lori, have been incredible in making Cortland feel like our home, even when we had to switch to a bigger apartment mid lease when we found out we were having our first baby! And the service team is spectacular. They are always quick, efficient, and kind. Mason goes above and beyond and honestly it’s no wonder the service has been so good since he’s been managing it. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Love this place I own a local food truck called "Tommy's cheesesteaks" and have been fortunate enough to come feed everyone here for the past couple months. The office staff is very professional and the residents are super friendly. great people great place!

This place is so great! Especially if you have something wrong in your apartment. The service manager, Mason Mollette is one of the most awesome guys! He is so friendly and polite and you just don't see that anymore. They always come right over and fix things quick. The whole team is great at their job! Thanks! Also, gotta love the pool! 😎

Living here has been absolutely miserable. For months we’ve dealt with nonstop noise from the tenants above us — running, stomping, and loud impact noises late at night that have destroyed our sleep and peace in our own home. We’ve gone to management multiple times, and nothing has changed. Instead of actually addressing the noise issue, we were told we could move to another unit because of the constant noise, only to later be told we’d have to sign an entirely new lease and even pay to move. How does that make sense when the problem isn’t ours to begin with? Management has been completely unhelpful, inconsistent, and dismissive. We pay way too much to be dealing with this every single night. This place does not handle problems the way a professional complex should. Save yourself the str

We love living here! They really take good care of the property and it has been one of the only places I have lived where I actually feel like they are on top of customer service! AND they always have food trucks coming. :)
