I’ve been a resident in this community for going on 3 years. Initially it was great, the office was wonderful and the community was kept up. Since about January 2025, it has gone downhill. 1/12/26 things have gotten a bit better. they have been answering things, they reorganized the package room, and added a dumpster. I’m okay here now, it’s alright. 10/6/25 I update my review regularly, and in light of some recent improvements I’m increasing my review from 1 star to 2 stars. I appreciate the staff for making recent improvements to communication and addressing some issues, and I hope to increase the rating even further if it continues. Pros: - Maintenance staff are polite and helpful once work orders are approved - Fairly spacious, decent units - Recent changes/ improvements: filled pot
Please don’t get trapped into a lease here. I have lived here for a year coming in August, so I will make this quick. There are smaller companies and renters who need to pay their mortgage and provide for their families: go give them your money instead. This apartment complex is as corporate land greed owning as it gets. Incompetent maintenance and the extra $200 a month in stupid fees that bring your rent from 1555 to 1750 for a 2 bed apartment where outlets don’t work, the cracked air conditioner unit leaks into your bathroom, and cabinets are hanging off handles and peeling. My entire shower drain stopper came up (my husband fixed that out of our own pockets after waiting months for maintenance) and multiple electrical outlets in my apartment don’t work. They have had a month knowing a
Update in response to management’s reply: Management’s public response only talks about “relative” noise and then suggests I refer to Durham’s noise ordinance if I want more help. In other words, instead of enforcing their own lease and pet policies, they’d rather push me toward involving the city than take responsibility as the property manager. They also completely ignored the two biggest issues in my review: mandatory valet trash fees for a service that repeatedly wasn’t provided until I escalated beyond the property, and a lease renewal they confirmed in writing, then billed at a much higher rate, which again only got fixed after escalation outside local management. Being told everything has been “reviewed and addressed” while the noise continues and those patterns are on record is
Best apartment community in RDU! Management is so great and always handles my issues with care and speed. The amenities and updated features are luxurious! I love living here and am trying to get my friends to move in too. In a very relaxed and serene setting for such a busy area. 😌
The community maintenance process is extremely frustrating. Management often sends emails confirming a date and time for service, asking residents to leave their home or make preparations. However, maintenance staff frequently fail to show up on the scheduled day, and they might take weeks to show up and some times the ticket is just closed or shelved. Submitting a request is easy, but actually getting it resolved requires repeated follow-ups, multiple calls, or raising several tickets. The lack of accountability and poor communication makes dealing with maintenance unnecessarily stressful. They will leave mails unanswered for weeks or even months. It’s a constant hot potato situation where it’s blamed on lease office needs to check or the community manager needs to check or something els
