Cortland on the River

Can’t say enough good things about cortland. Management is quick and responsive (especially Kiara!). Maintenance is super friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities are awesome and well maintained throughout the year. Location and greenbelt access is everything you could want. First time living in a “luxury” apartment complex where it actually felt like a luxury experience, not a rip off. We cherished our time here, miss it already!

We like the pet policy here and our pup has enjoyed the close proximity to the green belt. The complex also has a gated pet area that’s spacious. My pup and I love to come across Gloria, a maintenance employee, who is wonderful to chat with and very friendly.

Cortland on the River is one of the best condo and apartment complexes I’ve lived in and certainly among the very best in Boise. I looked at 20 complexes when I moved here. The amenities are first class and you can’t beat the location right on the Greenbelt. The team who manage and care for the property are excetional the best I’ve come across in 15 years of condo apartment living. Got to love it.

Cortland is an awesome place to live! All the amenities and being on the greenbelt and so close to downtown really creates a great living experience in Boise! The staff is so friendly and quick to help! Shoutout Gloria from the cleaning staff! She’s so kind and I love chatting and seeing her when I head to work!

Nice apartments and great location, but terrible noise insulation. I’m on the first floor and can constantly hear the dog and people above me walking or moving furniture, even their bed squeaking at night. It completely ruins the otherwise good experience. If you’re sensitive to noise or want peace and quiet, look elsewhere.
