Cortland on Cherry Creek

I have lived at Cherry Creek for 3 yrs already and plan on renewing, Patty has always been a pleasure to work with. She is great, any issues brought to her attention she gets them resolved right away, I know a little over a year we had frustrations because of the broken mailbox’s but I know that it was out of her control but she eventually handled it and it has not been an issue since she got them replaced. Love the maintenance team as well they are fast and reliable with any work orders I have placed.

I recently had a wonderful experience at this apartment complex, and I truly want to highlight the excellent service we received — especially from Ariana. From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of our questions with patience and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

Lived here for a few years and it is very quiet and clean but the maintenance team is top notch. Marcelo has helped me with numerous things here, most recently replacing my dryer, and is always friendly, professional and fast! Thanks again!

Patty was very informative and did a great job. She was welcoming and was very accommodating to my needs and answered all my questions. Apartments are very homey and I can sense a friendly environment. Great customer service and was attended immediately by Patty upon arrival. Pretty good rates.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the maintenance team, especially Gaston Arroyo. He’s prompt, respectful, and explains what he’s doing so you feel informed and comfortable.
