Huge shout out to the maintains crew helping folks dig out their cars after the storm. The provided shovels (I had my own) but also pick axes. Yes pick axes to help break up the snow/ice. They busted their rear ends out there!

Incredibly disappointed on move-in day. I was told the apartment would be ready by the time I showed up in the afternoon. I arrived at 3pm and the floor was half way through being replaced and the carpet in the bedroom had not been tacked down yet. Additionally, the entire apartment was filthy. It was very obvious that they had not cleaned at all between the last occupant and my arrival. I also noticed a scorched socket in the living room, so I used a socket tester to see if the wiring was ok. This caused multiple sparks, smoke, and blue the fuse, which knocked out the power in the entire living room, most of the kitchen, and part of the bedroom. I have had good times here! I like my beautiful scene from my yard. It's really relaxing for COVID times! My apartment is warm and it has been so good for winter (I don't need to turn on my heating) but I don't know how it can affect during summer! Additionally we love the location, workers are so lovely and we appreciate this part. So, We look forward to finding a brand new two bedroom patio apartment to renew our lease because we love this place!

Just renewed the lease with this building over a month ago. I later found out that I am being charged for an INTERNET fee $65 that came from nowhere. So for almost two months I have been paying for WiFi for 2 places the building and the WiFi company that I signed up with them. The is only apartments complex that enforces WiFi on tenants. Literally the worst ever building. Please DON’T rent with this company!! They will say that was in your lease agreement. It’s insane the tenant is the one chooses with WiFi company not the building decides this. Also customer service is the worse.

There’s so much to say, but I’ll keep it brief. DON’T LIVE HERE! The mold, the awful hallways and basement laundry room and staircases. You have been warned. The molllllld. Side note: the cleaning and maintenance staff are very kind.
