From the amenities to the attentive management team, everything has been exceptional and has exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I moved in over five years ago, the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and care from the management team and staff has remained consistently outstanding. The building is beautifully maintained, and the common areas are always clean, modern, and welcoming. One of the things I appreciate most is the level of security and peace of mind. We are long term residents and have experienced multiple management, maintenance and housekeeping teams. The team in place now headed by Stephanie A. is doing a stellar job of making the community a safe, clean, welcoming and beautiful place to call home. Hats off to Alex heading the maintenance team and Claudia in Housekeeping. We are very grateful to call Cortland Museum District home sweet home. I’ve been living at Cortland Museum District for the past seven months, and it has been a great experience. Honestly, the best building I’ve ever lived in. The property is always extremely clean, well maintained, and very safe, making it a quiet and peaceful place to live. Everyone who works here is incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming, and they are always so sweet with my dog. The sense of community is amazing, and the neighbors are great. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We love living at the Cortland Museum District so much! Genuinely the best management team we've ever had at any building ever. The effort they put into the communal spaces, service, and events is OUTSTANDING. It truly feels like a community, and so much of that is part of Ericka and her team. I absolutely love living at Cortland Museum District! The newly renovated apartments are beautiful, modern, and well maintained. The leasing and management team is always professional, friendly, and helpful, and the service technicians respond quickly and do great work. The location is unbeatable and the community is top tier. Highly recommend!
