Cortland Duluth

I toured Courtland Duluth apartments and I love this place!!! Gated community, clean and each apartment I was shown was beautiful. It was such a pleasure meeting and touring with Christopher Orozco who is the Community Relations Associate. He showed me 3 apartments and was very patient while I toured each apartment. Christopher is excellent. He answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. The tour was great!!! If you are looking for an apartment in Duluth Georgia area, I highly recommend stopping by Courtland Duluth. Thank you Christopher Orozco you made my decision very easy.

They have to be offering an incentive for 5-star reviews because these are not 5-star apartments! I originally moved here in October 2023. Since then my air conditioner has gone out at least 7 times. All during the summer/fall. Instead of purchasing a new AC unit they keep rigging it. My AC unit went out on September 20 and went out again on September 28th and is currently still not working 3 days later. Since then I have called 5 different times asking for an update and I get a different answer each time when the shipping of whatever I need will be here…And I still have to pay the full amount of rent today! Other than my AC breaking every summer/fall the breeze way is disgusting. Since I’ve been here the breeze way has been power-washed once. This should be done monthly. Especially sinc

I've read many of the reviews here and noticed that experiences can vary, which is understandable because everyone's situation is different. Personally, my experience has been wonderful. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful, and Javon, the maintenance technician, has been exceptionally kind and professional. I truly appreciate the great service and love my apartment.

I’ve had such a great experience living at my apartment complex thanks to the amazing team here—especially Dominique and Ashley! From day one, they’ve been so helpful, welcoming, and professional. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. It’s clear they really care about the residents and take pride in making this community a great place to live. I truly appreciate all their hard work and positive energy. They make living here so much better! And don’t get me started on how modern and nice the apartment complex is itself. I would recommend everyone and anyone to live here.

I love my apartment, and it’s been nice seeing the breezeways getting cleaned up with the pressure washing. There are still a few spots that could use another pass, but you can tell they’re really putting in the effort, and I appreciate that. Huge shout-out to Paul for taking my concerns seriously and actually coming by my unit to check things out himself. He’s a solid service manager and really knows how to take care of residents. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my stay here!
