Cortland Copper Springs

First I want to say, this by far is the most clean apartments I've lived at. Property is well kept and maintained daily. Everyone is so nice and polite! Customer service is superb! I want to thank Ramsy for always being on top and over the top when it came to maintaining and fixing anything wrong with my apartment! He always made sure everything was done CORRECTLY and fixed the right way. A lot of properties "botch" things up and call it a day. So I really appreciate him for always being honest and fixing the problems and treated it like it was his home he was fixing. Thank you!!! Definitely would recommend this property to anyone that's looking for a new home! :)

I had an amazing tour of Copper Springs! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming. Brookelyn made the experience even better, she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. I left feeling informed and excited about the community. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Brookelyn!

Overall Experience At first glance, the property appears well-maintained. The gates usually function properly, and the community is well lit. The office staff has always been kind and professional, and they were helpful when packages were misdelivered (which happened often). There are locker boxes onsite, though I personally stopped using them due to delivery issues. When packages were delivered across the street, the office would help coordinate returns, which I appreciated. Staff was always friendly and professional! Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. Safety Concerns There was a homicide on the property last year in the building across from mine. UPDATE: My original review is below, but I am very impressed with the responsiveness from the management! I had a great experience living in a 2-bedroom apartment, then downsized to a 1-bedroom apartment in July 2025. I was originally quite dismayed as the new unit had an active German roach infestation. However, the pest control contractors that they use do a fantastic job! They did a thorough cleanout of my apartment, and the incidences of roach activity gradually became less frequent, and it has now been about 2 months since I've seen a single one!!! Practically a miracle! I was a former tenant here and I loved this apartment complex. However, I am changing my review and giving them a 1 star review if I could I would give them zero stars. Upon terminating my lease here i have felt that they make it impossible to receive your deposit back. I deep cleaned the whole entire apartment which I will insert a few pictures down below and believed with all honesty I would got my deposit back. The only thing that might have needed immediate attention was the carpet as my dog used to sleep in the room with me. That $500 pet fee in the beginning of your lease means nothing.
