Cortland at RTP

Great apartment complex with a great location to most things locally. Haven't had an issue with cockroaches like most people even with an apartment right next to a majority of woods on the property because I keep my drains closed at night. Haven't seen one for 4 months now. The staff is always wonderful and the office is well maintained. Would highly recommend for those moving to the area

Before finding this place, I had just moved to North Carolina from parents’ nests in NYC. Freshly graduated from my undergrad, I moved down because of a job opportunity. The first place I stayed was an awesome Airbnb. I only wanted to be there for a month, so by the 3rd week I started looking for a place that I wanted to stay long-term in, and a place that really met my expectations. I wanted things like a walk-in closet, hardwood floors, really big sinks, really nice counter tops–––I wanted the works. But when I was making the list, I thought that I might need to compromise because what place was going to have all of those things I was asked for? OR at least that’s what I thought! If you like cock roaches by all means rent here. I recently moved from there to Arizona and when I got to Arizona in the boxes were cockroaches dead but they were there. I frequently had cockroaches on my counters on my pillows in my bathroom and my dog food bowl. I paid a monthly pest control fee of $20 and it’s freaking ridiculous. How they can charge you $20 when they seriously have an infect it’s infested there. Also at this location, they’re only there the office is only there three days a week so if you don’t if you get a package other than those three days a week, you have to wait around to get that package and if your schedule doesn’t coincide with it, you can wait a week before you get your package. I recently toured this place and was really impressed by my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Brittany, the community manager. She was very kind and took the time to guide me through every step of the application process, sitting down with me to ensure the application was done properly and submitted. It's rate to come across that level of patience and willingness to help in this day and I truly appreciate it. The home itself was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I love the gym and pool area and the fact that it's open all year long. I am truly excited to make this my new home next month!!

A memories held together with nostalgia the same way the three cheese blend holds together scrambled eggs on a Saturday morning. The A/C died twice that summer, but the warmth that stuck around was from the fireplace in the winter.
