I have lived here for one year, and it has been a wonderful experience. It’s a quiet and nice place to live. The maintenance team is amazing and always very responsive. The leasing office staff, Felicia and Roger, are excellent—very respectful, helpful, and always supportive. 😊

I had one of the most disappointing rental experiences at Roosevelt Towers. Despite multiple serious issues in my unit — including repeated ceiling leaks (one even through a light fixture, creating an electrical hazard) and recurring mold on the heating system that affected my family’s health — management was unresponsive and dismissive. Even after moving out and returning my keys, the resident portal still shows me as an active tenant, and I have not received proper confirmation regarding my lease termination fee waiver. Communication is extremely slow and unprofessional; messages often go unanswered for weeks. This level of negligence shows how little they care about residents’ safety, health, and peace of mind. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. The application process is horrible. Be careful when you apply, I cancelled my application and I'm waiting for my refund since July of this year and I'm still fighting to obtain my refund. I have called and emailed their entire management chain and they still haven't resolved the matter. Also, please review the rest of the reviews prior to applying. I wish I never applied. There is no customer service from their corporate office as no one is there. Phone calls are not returned. I have gone in person various times and emailed various times with no resolution on the matter. Trust me it's the worst management so far. There has been RAT/MOUSE issue since years now and the management is not being able to resolve it. All the apartments are facing this issue, It's sick imagine middle of day or night the rats come out enter your room when kids and guests are around and jump all over the place. Also, Elme management has increased the prices for parking, amenities, club house with zero added feature or any upgrades. Management is getting worst day by day, even the employees are clueless or doesn't have any decision making power. Club house rental is so expensive, for a community like this. It's just not acceptable, considering we face heating/cooling issue everytime. Do not fall in the trap, please reconsider if your looking forward to move-in.

I originally moved in here because it was cheap and the location was convenient. A couple of months ago this review probably would have been 4 stars. I would say everything was fine not exceptional, but good at the price point. However, the management has recently switched and things have gone seriously downhill. The systems to get pool passes and visitor parking passes were changed to be far less convenient. The common areas have not been upkept to the same standards. The water in the gym is always empty. A few of the pool balls went missing and were never replaced. Most recently, there have been mice in at least one wing of the building. I keep my apartment reasonably clean and we are on the 4th floor. After a few attempts by maintenance (who typically are pretty good) the mice persisted
