Do not move to this place, roaches everywhere, bugs everywhere, mice too. highly priced, and if you do move there make sure you take pictures of everything, write down the list of everything that's wrong with the place even the smallest dot. The laundromat don't work people be hanging everything outside. they will take your deposit and you'll have to wait 2 months just to get your deposit, and with that you might only get 20$ back. I don't know if it's the language barrier but the management don't know how to communicate to the people. It was so much better when Chris and Alex the maintenance guy was there, but they fired all of them. I wish I was allowed to talk to the owner. The rooms, kitchen and hall are full of cocroaches, smells and the entrance are dirty, and bad smell. The maintenance not available on time, while raining, the flood comes inside from windows in ground floors.

Rent is more expensive than any other apartment around north side. It used to be cheap and maintenance fee didn’t cost but now everything changes. Most people left and nobody gonna stay there any longer. There are a lot of apt that are cheaper

These apartments are terrible!!! No 24 hour maintenance, they charge you $50 monthly if you don't remove everything from all cabinets kitchen and bathroom for they can spray! These apartments are old and run down. The tenants here are also terrible smoking marijuana in the hallways and drinking liquor just sitting on stairs in your hallway to your apartment! Trash everywhere the tenants are terrible. When we first moved in our tires on our car got slashed twice along with several other vehicles when we asked the office about their cameras they have signs posted about them on every building they tell us some don't work or they don't see very good why say you have cameras then? I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! 😡😡😡
