My wife and I just sold our favorite home in the green belt of Corrales and are very grateful to work with Ann through that process. Her knowledge of Corrales factors like wells, septic systems, etc. was helpful. She extremely organized and knowledgeable of the transaction steps and process. Loved her photo team, laser layout artist and awesome transaction coordinator - Ms. Susan. We sold in ~ 1 week and are very happy with the outcomes.

I had a bad experience with Ann. I hired Her to sell my home in Corrales in the fall of 2024. She told me the price I wanted was too high so we went with her Price and I got a full price offer on the first day - I believe that she lowballs Homes to help her sell them more quickly and make herself look like a good realtor When we got the full price offer on the first day, she was ready to write it up and I told her no you need to have an open house which she would not . She had a habit of ignoring most of my comments, and she was very unkind to me for the whole transaction. I regretted it hiring her because she was so unkind to me - a bully. She didn’t have the open house and I was annoyed ( I went to Italy for two weeks so she had so much time to show the house and have an open house

Included in holding our hand was evaluating the property, listing the Condo, arranging the best appearance for the sale, arranging a storage area for the furniture, arranging for a mover, selling the property, and walking us through the closing.
