second time i have to unfortunately make a review in regards to the lack of care the staff have for their residents. We’ve been out of water for almost 5 hours. no toilet, no showers, no sink water. This isn’t the first time with the exact same unfortunate experience. Will be leaving soon. do NOT recommend these apartments.

Bedbugs, cockroaches, poor communication with the office they rarely call back or answer emails. Took them 6 months to send me my deposit back after I moved out after they called me 3 times to tell me they would send it over the span of that time. Elevators often break down so you have to use the stairwell that's locked from the inside so you have to knock or pray that someone will be coming out to let you in or you can't get to your floor if you're not the first floor. Changed the locks on the mailbox without ever saying anything and I never got a key for it so I couldn't ever check my mail after that happened. When I got bedbugs the office told me I was wrong and I had fleas. I saw them myself and I know the difference and they are 100% bedbugs,

My girlfriend is completely wheelchair bound and partially bed-bound and has been dealing with pests since the first week of September. She officially requested a treatment plan for the pests on September 12th. She has been periodically calling to ask for updates and a timeline with no updates or information being provided. Management delivered a 2-day notice of entry end of business day Saturday night without any heads up. With cleaning instructions that she is unable to complete alone because - once again - she is completely wheelchair-bound and partially bed-bound due to disability. She requires help from a home care aid, who does not work on the weekends. The notice dictates that failure to complete the cleaning in time will result in the tenant being charged 50% of the treatment fee

Avoid moving here. I had a terrible leasing experience, I kept calling about updates and was told last minute the unit I applied for was no longer available. I was able to get a unit after some time. The building is very outdated. The elevators had constant issues and the halls smelled like cigarette smoke. My partners car got broken into in the guest parking lot. It has been almost a year and I have not received my security deposit back.

be a very neglected place , dirty in apartments let people in . being a very neglected place , dirty in apartments let in homeless people has nothing of security , the administration is very badly educated to if as the manager who is a badly educated person very petulant , the houses , parking lots and green areas are dirty with garbage and waste from dogs since they also do not control people who have large dogs and dangerous breeds. in definition not be recommended to live , they only ask for money and you never see that they are opened in a good place . To live comfortably and safely with your family.
