Well, to begin with, the managers are rude, they have more than three cars inside the parking lots, nobody can tell them anything because they think the owners of the apartments are taken advantage of, we send messages and letters to the owners, they never respond once I found them, I told them about the attitude of his workers and he is a very rude man he did nothing he just said talk to the manager I don't know nothing that ignorant those people who have a lot of money but have small brains the truth is those people are like monoliths that don't work their heads but what Keep it up and don't repair the things in these apartments, the windows lead to these buildings and you're going to be in big trouble. I'm sorry for the rude owner and his managers who do whatever they want out of ignora

This place has to do something about them towing cars. My car was almost towed, and my friends car was. The towers said that residents could not park on the parking lots on front of the office, only visitors. I check my lease and it says i can park as long as it's not disturbing. If the leasing has change, they have to let me know, which I paid the rent few days before the end of the month. I will not recommend this apartments any more to any one. And I am writing this review to warn anyone looking for some apartments.

Maintenance is not reliable, they don't finish their work right or it takes them too long. Marbella and Silvia (the managers) say one thing and then they come up with another thing. they are very contradicting. They are not professional. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Very likeable mgmt staff. Clean and well maintained apts. Many fun activities offered. I liked this complex very much!

Very nice aparments. Peaceful good comunity.
