Cornerstone Village Apartments

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Cornerstone Village Apartments! The location is fantastic, close to everything you need, and the community feels very welcoming. Grace is incredibly attentive and kind, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. It really makes a big difference knowing management truly cares. Highly recommend this community!

Grace is rude and unprofessional. I've lived in these apartments for a little over a year. They lose money orders where you have to go back to your bank to provide proof that you paid the previous months and it took the maintenance man almost three months to fix the water heater. I would strongly reconsider

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would DO NOT RENT HERE The place has a cockroach infestation been asking them to bring pest control for almost two months and they always have an excuse, put a work order almost a week ago and apparently they won’t do it unless I renew my contract,every work order you need done from maintenance basically have to beg them to do their jobs. Extremely unsafe, parts of my truck have been stolen(catalytic converter) and they broke into it once as well. Someone hit my truck in the parking lot and since there’s no cameras or gates no one can help or nothing. It can be cheap but is not worth it

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Worse place it has mice!!! Told Martha to fix it and never did so we moved out! The staff is so rude they towed our vehicle 4 times for no reason! It might be cheap rent but you end up paying the same price for a better apartment after all the fees she charges for ridiculous reasons!

If I can it I'll rate zero.gracie and crew sucks all thier apts bug infested Never try the pinehurst apts they really don't do nothing to those its really sad they like that
