The management is amazing. Cindy is a great person, very energetic and helpful. It was fairly easy to get an apartment with them, it's very clean, gated community with private access, a lovely balcony and the three months rent half off is great

Cindy Ovind is the laziest apartment manager I've ever seen. I used to live at one of the apartments she managed and every night you get to hear a man beating his wife, people high on paint screaming throughout the AM's, the hallways reeked of weed, etc... Cops were called countless times on these people from annoyed residents and she just lets all the chaos happen. She refused to issue any kind of warnings to the people causing the disturbances because at the time she was more worried about filling apartments and collecting rent rather than the quality of life for the other residents. If you want neighbors that are constantly high on drugs screaming throughout the night and an apartment manager that allows it to happen, move here.

On site manager is friendly and cordial. Give notice to move though, and they refuse to reply to any correspondence. Property is well kept in summer and completely ignored in the winter.
