I was interested in this property, but my friend was told she could move in, and when she inspected the apartment it still needed cleaning. The oven STILL HAS the residue from the oven cleaner When we went to the office for the third time (three differentdays), the Assistant manager told us it would be ready in the office was nonchalant about it. My friend had a u-haul for two extra days. Monday she told us the apparent would be ready that day and she was going to call us. No call. My friend didn't get to move in until Saturday. The Assistants Manager told us Monday when we talked to her she said they had ordered a new range because the apt had been remodeled. My friend

I’ve been living here for three years, and while the maintenance team has always done a good job, they recently went above and beyond. My AC stopped cooling, and even though I submitted the request right before the office closed, they still came out to inspect it. They quickly diagnosed that the outside unit needed a replacement part, which wasn’t in stock. To make sure I was comfortable, they provided me with a portable AC and had the unit fully repaired the very next day. Huge thanks to Juan and his team for their outstanding service!

I would like to share my recent experience at Cornerstone Ranch Apartments. On September 17, 2025, after 10:00 AM, a stranger entered my apartment using keys provided by the leasing office. I was not notified in advance, and no staff accompanied this person. He was dressed completely in black and wearing a black knit cap. At that moment, I was at home with my spouse. We were not only stressed but also very frightened, as we first thought it was a robbery. During the conflict, when I tried to push the person out, the door lock was broken. Later the same day, due to shock and health issues, I was hospitalized at Memorial Hermann, and I had to call 911 twice. I’ve delivered to this apartment so many times — I’ve got a bunch of their maps, and I know a lot of the people who live here. Honestly, I don’t even need a map anymore to find the units. But today, the lady at the front desk yelled at me: "You can’t use our office restroom — it’s only for residents!" I tried explaining I’m a delivery guy, but she just kept shouting "No!" She really freaked me out. Alright then, maybe residents here should stop ordering stuff online — because if this is how they treat us, we don’t feel like delivering here anymore.

This apartment did what I needed it to do for the year but I couldn't wait to get out of there. The response time for repairs is crazy. They take forever to respond to a work order then you have to wait for parts. My AC was broken in the summer for weeks! The roaches are disgusting. I spent over $200 on products and we pay for that in the rent as well and they still come.
